2025 Specialty Closures

Thread closes early once per quarter for our All Hands meeting. We cherish this time together to reflect on the past quarter, plan for the next, and have fun. We know that by doing this, we are stronger as a team and, therefore, better for you, our amazing clients. Thank you for your understanding and respect on our Team Days!

On the following days, we will close at 1pm. Your payroll will need to be submitted by noon for processing.

Emergency Payroll Line

Things happen. We get it. We will never leave you without a lifeline.

If you need us during one of the above days, we have an emergency line that is turned on when we head out for All Hands. Please use this line only if your issue cannot wait until the next business day.

  • Important but not urgent: email your account manager or customercare@threadhcm.com
  • Important and in need of immediate assistance: Call 678-366-3447 and wait for the prompt menu to access the emergency messaging system. Your message will forward to a member of our team who will return your call within the hour.
